麺を袋から取り出し器に入れ、規定量の熱湯を注ぎます。
※品質保持のため、脱酸素剤を封入しております。

Put noodles in a bowl.
Pour in the prescribed amount of boiling water.

When discarding the hot water or cooling the noodles,

将面条充分拨散后倒掉热水，
并在流水下冲凉。

ラップなどで蓋をして約3分30秒待ちます。
