4 batches somen noodles,
1,300ml hot-spring soup + ingredients of your choice
⑴Cook somen in boiling water(for a bit less time than the time given for boiling the somen).
⑵Put the boiled somen into a colander, wash well with running water and drain it.
⑶Put into boiled water and warm it. Drain and put it on a bowl dish. Put soup into it.
